Overview

Dojobux provides a private digital platform for martial arts academies and their students. Features include points, rewards, attendance tracking, messaging, scheduling, games, and challenges.

Eligibility

  • •The Dojobux system is accessible only to academy members
  • •Minors must be registered and supervised by a parent, guardian, or academy. Adults may register themselves
  • •The platform is not intended for public registration

Accounts and Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login information and for all activity under their account.

Dojobux does not store passwords. Authentication is handled by Google or other third-party providers.

Services

Dojobux provides tools to track participation, award points, communicate with members, view schedules, and engage students.

Features may change or be updated at any time without notice.

Academy Access to Data

  • •Academy owners have full access to their academy's student data
  • •Academy owners do not have access to other academies' data

Payments

Dojobux offers paid subscriptions processed securely through third-party providers such as Stripe or Square.

You agree that fees may be charged on a recurring basis based on your plan.

No Refunds

All sales are final. Dojobux does not provide refunds for any reason.

Acceptable Use

Users may not:

  • •Misuse or attempt to disrupt the platform
  • •Attempt to access other academies' information
  • •Use the platform for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities

Suspension and Termination

Dojobux may suspend or terminate access at any time for misuse, safety concerns, non-payment, or violations of these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials in Dojobux are owned by Dojobux and may not be copied, modified, or used without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Dojobux is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

Indemnification

Users and academies agree to indemnify and hold Dojobux harmless from claims arising from misuse or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Third-Party Services

Dojobux may integrate with third-party services such as Google, Stripe, or Square.

We are not responsible for their actions, policies, or service availability.

Data

Dojobux collects and processes data as described in the Privacy Policy.

By using the service, you consent to data handling as described.

Platform Availability

Dojobux is provided "as is."

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free performance.

We may modify or discontinue features at any time.
